Community Education Volunteer: The LCCACA and the CAC provides training required to be eligible to speak at events, trainings or other functions about child abuse prevention.
Member of the Board of Directors: Volunteers who make up the Board are
responsible for overseeing the affairs of the agency. Responsibilities include long-range planning, financial oversight, budgeting, fundraising and public relations, and policy making.
Victim's Assistant Volunteer: Someone with soft words, a lot of patience, and loves children need only to apply for this very special volunteer position. WE TRAIN YOU FOR A JOB THAT WILL STEAL YOUR HEART!
Special Projects Volunteer: We always have a need for volunteer office workers, volunteer recruiters, publicity and fundraising volunteers, fix all handy-man, small and large project coordinators, and more. If you have a special skill and some free time to give, we have a need for YOU!
Bilingual Volunteer: We are in need of bilingual volunteers to assist child victims and their families. Your services are desperately needed in the CAC, in public, and in the courtroom during times our children go to trial.
IN-KIND DONATIONS ARE IN GREAT NEED!
Donations of items are always welcome including snacks drinks, toys, paper products, office supplies, and waiting room - magazines, children's DVDs, toys, and books. We also collect large items to use as prizes for our Price is Right Fundraiser in February.
